I would give this book 3.5 stars*
It was a really unique read.I think this read like a tv show and it worked for me. I really liked the murder myystery vibes, along with the freaky friday elements!! I Thought the world was really fun but i don't feel like the world was the explaine and i think it was a bit confusing, but it was a super fast read and i thought it was unqiue!

got this as an arc last year at comic con*
but boy i am upset it took me so long to read it. i LOVED IT. It was such a easy book about space travel. The world did not overwhelm me and i adored the characters so much. I loved all the twists and turns that i could never predict. I can't wait for the second book in this series!

Cara's parents just let her do stuff even though at the beginning she stated they were very protective of her because her brother had already left, which I found stupid, because the parents would say 'Cara Sweeney you will not be leaving this house until you are old enough to fend for yourself (or similar idk), and literally a minute later they helped her execute her escape plan. And then I feel like we didn't get enough of an explanation as to why her parents weren't part of HALO or didn't even question Aelyx at all. Too trusting perhaps? But then they said they were so protective of Cara??
But anyways. Great book, definitely looking forward to the second book to see what happens!!… (plus d'informations)
