Many many salsa recipes, some fresh and raw, some cooked, some substantial side dishes and some spicy condiments, even some winter salsa made with canned tomatoes. Then there are recipes for dishes using salsa as an ingredient. There are quite a few from either section of the book that look worth trying.

I tried the polenta with black bean salsa recipe. It was delicious. One thing about this cookbook to be aware of is that the salsa recipes in the front are not calibrated with the main dish recipes in the back. In this case, you'd need one and a half or two recipes of black bean salsa to accompany that much polenta, so either reduce the polenta or increase the salsa.… (plus d'informations)

While probably suitable for most, no gluten free recipes so useless for me.

Lots of tasty recipes using beef, pork, chix, turkey, italian sausage, and venison. Don't worry if meat chili's ain't to your liking there are vegitarian recipes included too. Enjoy!
