This is an interesting book on the history, architecture, gastronomy, economy and society of Milwaukee, Wisconsin told with a German perspective. It is well packed with information and photographs, both recent and historic. It is written in both the English and German languages. For the person who lived or is living there or visiting for a time, it would be helpful. It appears to be self published by the author's firm which is in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.

Milwaukee was (partly) settled by Germans years ago.
