I really loved the message of this book! It is a very needed message in a time when people are feeling isolated in our churches. This book is about mentoring and how that looks in a church. Mentoring is the word we use for older or more experienced individuals step in to help those who are younger or less experienced in something. This book is a guide to building those connections within your church and community. Melissa Kruger takes a very biblical approach to encourage older women to connect with younger women and for younger women to seek out those older women to learn what it is to be a Christian over a lifetime. Something wonderful happens when we connect Christians who have been serving the Lord for many years with new Christians. It builds our churches in magnificent ways.

Very reminiscent of Dr. Seuss with its rhyming language, this book is a favorite of Scott's and mine to read. It is words that we think as parents and how we want Audrey to live. That she will go on to do BIG things but as long as she loves Jesus, that is what we want even more

Often a nighttime read!

We love this books as well, though not quite as much as Melissa's other one.

Wonderful message I want to instill in Audrey from a young age!

A Great Family Devotional for the times that we are living in. The writers wanted to capture what the Hope of Advent looks like for those who have been devastated by the events of the past two years, and I believe these short devotionals captured the heart of that through great reflections by the authors. I suspect that the writers wished to be more direct on the issues at hand, but perhaps restraint shown was wise if the book was considered to have any "replay" value in future Advents. Would recommend for any family looking for a family worship devotional.… (plus d'informations)
