This time around, Cow visits the grocery store. I can only imagine the reaction of a child to Cow's identification of frozen peas as ice cream.

Delightfully absurd. This little plastic cow has a very particular (and skewed) worldview.

This simple, hilarious book will receive giggles every time it is read. "Cow Too" features a squishy toy cow who goes grocery shopping when his mother (a porcelain cow) cannot due to a chipped nose. Cow's silly remarks ("yum, bananas" in the pineapple section, for example) will prompt students to laugh and correct the book. This would be great to read with a nonfiction text.
