Elena Kincaid

I'm a sucker for firefighter characters and Tristan far exceeded my expectations. He was hot without the assistance of always being around flames. And his heroic tendencies were more than a little swoon-worthy. And Riley is a seriously formidable character herself. As a PI she has also faced her fair share of formidable foes. She's just about as tough as they come and when she and Tristan meet, the sparks certainly do start flying.

There are so many twists and turns that I was taken on a journey where I had absolutely no idea what was going to happen next. The action was constant and there were things coming at Tristan and Riley from multiple sides and even the timing of things happening was unpredictable. The characters and the plot, plus the development of things between Riley and Tristan made for an incredible read. This is the first book I've ever read by Elena Kincaid and I cannot wait to see what else she's written because I'm officially a fan! I can't recommend this book enough!

After book one, I was super excited to read this! (Don't worry, this is a standalone, but you'll be missing out if you skip the first installment in the series). That said - I absolutely fell in love with Cameron, Reed, and Jocelyn. Kincaid does such a great job of introducing them, and drawing the reader into their world, and dreams. Even if Cameron hadn't been seeing the other two in his dreams, it's clear they're three meant to be once they finally meet in real life. I won't give away any spoilers, but this is sure to heat up your summer. This is the perfect beach read - a sweet and spicy paranormal romance out at sea.… (plus d'informations)
