Drawings of bits and pieces of galleons to modern warships.
This book contains complete working plans for building a clipper ship, a Gloucester Fisherman, a Harbor Tugboat, a Dragger, and the ironclads Monitor and Merrimack. There are more than 1000 diagrams. I bought it for the detailed drawings to help me understand the purpose of all the parts of the model ship that I found in an antique shop. This book was originally published in 1943.
Excellent illustrations, good techniques presented. If you are just starting this is a good book despite its age.
