Singing Bowls
A Practical Handbook of Instruction and Use
by Eva Rudy Jansen

I have always had a passion for singing bowls and I thoroughly enjoyed this 95 page celebration of the singing bowl and other wonderful and magical musical energy makers like Tingshas, Bells and the Dorje. I was able to learn about the 7 metals that originally made up the Tibetan Bowl and the enchanting history that went along with it, I never knew that the making and playing of the bowls was so steeped in tradition and healing.

I found this wonderful how-to broken up into easy to follow sections that included therapeutic uses of the bowls, different methods of playing the bowls and a wonderful chapter on inner massage that explained how the vibrations of the bowls being played can help us from the inside out. I have also placed crystals and other objects is the bottom of my Tibetan Bowl while I played it and it helped to clear the energies from them. I would recommend this book to any seeker that is drawn to the mystique and the deep beauty of the singing bowl. Well done, Eva.

Love & Light,

Riki Frahmann
