The jokes in this comic book start with the hero’s name, Lester Girls and form an ironic, tongue-in-cheek tone consistent throughout. This is definitely a quick, fun read, with none of the “let’s spread the story out through twelve volumes” action that you get with some Manga. Although the series doesn’t end, each sub-story concludes.

A hoot of a book, this is what might have happened if, in a heroic effort to save the "Leave It To Beaver" show from cancellation, famous authors had submitted scripts.
