As I read this book, I hoped her parents would be able to help her. Thankfully, she has a supportive family and friends that can help.

I could tell as I was reading the scenes where she is running away from Dylan that her BFF Courtney would be very supportive of her. Of course, Courtney's twin brother Cameron was also a ray of hope. He and Kylie had been each others' first love, first kiss. I was hoping Cameron would turn out to be the type of guy who would protect Kylie.

The love affair between Kylie and Cameron is both gentle and HOT. He deeply cares for her and has carried her love in his heart for years. He is on the pursuit of her forever love and is man enough to both cherish her and provide her with the all encompassing love she needs.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book with the gentle heart-throbbing love as well as the ever present danger of Dylan's revenge. I must warn you readers... there is a cliffhanger.
