REVIEW: Private Investigator, Pat Ruger, is a retired Denver detective. His police buddies help along the way and well as two recently retired ladies of the evening. The story is filled with quirky characters and lots of humorous moments. It starts a little slow but the pace accelerates, wrapping up with some satisfying plot twists. An enjoyable start to a new series. This is my voluntary review of an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
