This is the most complete training manual for Yang Family Style Tai Chi Ch'uan. The book is very difficult to find...and it's probably the first book that you want your top students to have and read...but it would be wasted on beginners - they're still trying to figure out what the heck Wave Arms Like Clouds is, and where it comes in the form, without worrying about chi flow, breathing ideals, muscle and bone massage, etc. But Wen Shan Huang has made a potentially infinitely deep subject such as Tai Chi much more understandable, by breaking the whole form (kata) into very digestable chunks, for both the student and the teacher.… (plus d'informations)
