A History of Modern Germany: The Reformation par Hajo Holborn
Covers the religious ascept from 1200 up to 1600s to time of the 30 year war.
The last of a three volume history of Germany. Although very long and incredibly detailed, I found it good to read and very useful for understanding German history.
material in honor of the German historian Hajo Holborn on the occasion of his receiving the Inter Nationes Prize, 1969, as well as extracts from his work, chiefly on modern German history since 1870.

A good history, but the same criticism as the other volumes, a lot of information compressed into a small volume. I think a lot is left out.
