Putting the Romance in Necromancy (The Knight and… par A.H. Lee
A nice introduction to the necromancer character, it begins setting the stage and there's a bit of sweetness and humor as well.

This is shockingly enjoyable, and I'll just say that though it has a happy for now romance, the story is ongoing, so be ready to want the next in the series! :)

The Border (The Knight and the Necromancer #2) par A.H. Lee
This is a good second book in a fantasy series, and worth your time.

I found it less satisfying from a romance perspective. Rather than the plot highlighting the right and wrong between Roland and Sairis, it (for me) wanders off on tangents when I want more of these disparate but attracted men trying to figure out how their lives could possibly mesh, at all.

Also, re: the plot, at the end of this one you need book 3, so be warned.
