It is unfortunate that some authors don't put the time and research needed in writing a book. This could have been an excellent Christian analysis of the worldview from science fiction. Unfortunately, the author tries to analyze science fiction, the rise of science and, at the same time, tries to convince you that they have it all wrong. good overview of the topic, but this book is a prime example of over editing. seriously, the sentences have been so obviously overwrought that the whole thing ends up sounding like it was written for 5th graders.

Argumentation: Understanding and Shaping Arguments is a standard book for people who want to go into law school or for people who want to understand arguments and logic better. The books is filled with definitions and examples that explain the concepts, as well as exercises for practicing those concepts.

Very interesting text about modern day new religions--neo pantheism, and neo gnosticism, and the approximately 400 years of predecessors.
