Critiques

What ages would I recommend it too? – Five and up.

Length? – A few hours read.

Characters? – Memorable, several characters.

Setting? – Real World (future of ) 2040 and 1934.

Written approximately? – 1978.

Does the story leave questions in the readers mind? – Very believable. Although, I don't think that level of technology will be available by 2040. Honestly, I hope not!

Any issues the author (or a more recent publisher) should cover? No.

Short storyline: A teen from the future slips into the past to meet a forefather and discovers more about her and the planet she lives on. Makes me wonder, if perhaps, slipping through time is a common family theme. Great story!

Notes for the reader: As a writer, I found two errors, one sentence error, and one time error (day should have been days). All in all, it was wonderful to read a book and relax! No constant glaring errors from constant rewrites by the author.

Wow!) is resentful and unappreciative of her scientist parents' efforts to help a barren earth recover from ecological disaster. She enters a time slip and finds herself back in 1938 watching disaster unfold. A well-told story that is futuristic, without being too preachy. Short and sweet, and a good intro to science fiction and eco-awareness for the target age group.… (plus d'informations)

This book had a big impact on me when I was young. It made me think about my actions and how the would impact the world as a whole. I loved the animals aspects.
