This book has lots and lots of neat suggestions in it. I highly recommend it. I think maybe people would benefit from reading fewer parenting theory books, and more books about how to actually have fun with your kids. If you have a close relationship, everything else comes easier. Parenting, like anything else, is something you become more successful at by putting more time and effort into it.
