Labyrinth Revisited: Rethinking `Minoan' Archaeology par Yannis Hamilakis
I haven't finished this yet but I already really like its thesis. When studying ancient peoples a common mistake is to fit them into preconceived modern notions rather than seeing only the incomplete truth of the information we actually have. The Minoans have suffered heavily from this (Sir Arthur has a lot to answer for) and I appreciate the authors' and editor's decision to work to ameliorate that mistake.
