Even though this book is not the best example of a fairytale alphabet book that I've seen, it's still totally adorable with its miss-mash of characters and creatively wrought scenes. The artist clearly went to a lot of work thinking of all the different fairytale topics for each letter and combining them into creative compositions, even if the effect is somewhat marred by the inclusion of the written words all over the page. Would it not have been better to let the reader try to spot all the correctly lettered words, and provided a key at the end of the book?… (plus d'informations)
