Well, I have had this book from the library for awhile... I looked at it and thought, "Wow. I could totally get into this!" Then I set it down. I finally picked it back up today, after a little stress, and I drew about 5 different tangles. I don't think I am meditating or anything while doing a tangle but it is relaxing. I have always been a doodler so it is nice to recognize that it can have some therapeutic purpose!

A fun Zentangle-focused book of art inspiration. This would be a great read for someone wanting to make Zentangle or Zentangle Inspired Art who's feeling nervous or hesitant.

A tangle a day to draw your stress away

While it is very much centered on the Zentangle kit and following a teacher this does also offer a lot of ideas with the concept. Useful if you were thinking about investing in the kit and wanted to first see if it resonated with you.

An interesting idea, I may have to explore it more.
