This series balances slice-of-life, low-drama comedy with sweet, realistic moments of emotional weight. And the art style....The paneling is clean, the character style is simple and cute and grows with the story. Might be boring to some, but it's one of my favorites.
There were some REALLY good, funny moments in this one, but most of the portions felt like 5-page one shot stories? I don’t mind a couple of those but was almost more like chopped up bits and pieces of multiple volumes rather than one cohesive storyline.
This was so freakin cute!! I loved the art style, characters, dialogue- all of it! Would highly recommend if you want a contemporary, fluffy manga.
Seven volumes into the series and this has been the only one so far that kinda missed the mark a little bit for me. I didn't really care for the whole plot about Hori wanting Miyamura to get angry- it felt out of place and a bit uncomfortable. The overall plot of this installment also seemed too all over the place: there was the cooking portion, the sports festival, the angry plot, etc- it felt erratic.
On a more positive note, the characters and relationships are still developing really well, and of course the humor in this series is so good.… (plus d'informations)
