Thankfully, you don't have to wonder. Because in this wonderfully punchy exposition of the Minor Prophet Haggai, Jonathan Griffiths in five chapters opens up the message of Haggai to us today. Have we lost our devotion to the Lord's work in this world? Do we struggle to see signs of God's Kingdom growing in this world? Do we need to be spurred on to good works? Are we trusting in our own good works to make us right with God? What hope do we have for the future? Are all questions that are dealt with by Griffiths as he applies Haggai to our lives today. Each chapter ends with some personal application questions and an there are a couple of useful appendixes at the back of the book too that discuss some of the trickier theological issues that Haggai raises for us.
