Cooking
This short cookbook features mostly desserts, breads, candies, and beverages. The recipes are generally things that people would enjoy. There is quite a bit of narrative text that is highly readable and engaging. There is even a glossary of coffee-related terms in the back. Most recipes include photographs. There is an index to the recipes. There are also conversion charts available for weights, measures, temperatures, and similar things. For such a small cookbook, this one is a winner, and I plan to try a few of the recipes soon.… (plus d'informations)
