This book is a non-fiction and informational text, throughout the book it teaches the scientific method. In the book they are trying to figure out what killed the Coelophysis. They form a question and a list of hypothesis of what could have happened to the dinosaur. They then study each hypothesis to solve the scientific inquiry.

It explains how they tried to test each hypothesis and deciding whether it was possible or not.… (plus d'informations)

Dinosaur Ghosts: The Mystery of Coelophysis by Douglas Henderson is about fossils that were found in Ghost Ranch in the 40s. This book is about all of the scientists hypothesis about how the dinosaurs all died. Each hypothesis they had they tested it out and did that over and over again until everything made sense. This is a good book to teach kids about the Scientific Method. It will help them see how the scientists were thinking and what they did.
