Best selling author Ian Gilbert together with his three children wrote this very personal account of the way educational institutions tried and succeeded, tried and failed and sometimes didn't try at all to help the children come to terms with the death of their mother. The book is about bereavement for school staff and other professionals.

The title kinda says it all. there is this attitude to school that all the information that you want is avalable on the interenet and that teachers are no longer required. This book looks at the impact that this should be having on teachers, parents and children. I would say that my main complaint about this book is that he uses wicopedia for references which is something that I would be directing pupils not to do. while he does state that the information has been checked on this site against others it does not stop wrong information bieng posted.
The book was on the educational side and despite the snappy title it was dry reading
