Michael Francis "Mick" Foley, Sr. was born June 7, 1965. He is an American professional wrestler, author, comedian, actor and voice actor. He has worked for many wrestling promotions. Shortly after he was born, Foley's family moved to Setauket, New York, where Foley attended Ward Melville High afficher plus School. From May 7 to July 1, 1999, Foley wrote his autobiography, Have a Nice Day: A Tale of Blood and Sweatsocks. It became hugely popular and topped The New York Times bestseller list for several weeks. The follow-up, Foley Is Good: And the Real World Is Faker than Wrestling, was published in 2001 and debuted at number one on the Times list. Foley has also written three children's books, Mick Foley's Halloween Hijinx, Mick Foley's Christmas Chaos, and Tales from Wrescal Lane. (Bowker Author Biography) afficher moins

not particularly bad, and not particularly good. Have a nice dayis by far Micks best work so read that over this. I felt there was more wwe content mad less tna content than I expected, particularly giv N the promotion of the boss on Impact. they said he was going to finally tell you how he really feels about Vince and wwe. apparently he really thinks they are pretty good and would never be able to live the life he has withoutthem.

Who would have thought that Mick Foley can write? He does a great job illustrating the inner workings of professional wrestling while telling the story of how he made it to the top. I'm still not a pro wrestling fan, but I certainly now respect the wrestlers and all that they go through to entertain.
Mick Foley does it again! He is such an incredible writer and shows that life is all a work.

The Story:
I had no expectations going into this book. I was familiar with Mick Foley from his wrestling days but had no idea what his life had evolved into. He is genuinely sharing so much joy in this book. Also the documentary he speaks about is... interesting.
