The United States: An Illustrated History par National Geographic.
The cover & photographs in this book were beautiful. However, the writing was dreadfully boring. I almost couldn't finish it. I love history and have read many great books in the genre, so I know this could have been presented in a more interesting manner.
1972- I am sure everything has changed. good pictures of course
Illustrates how the cottontail rabbit explores its environment, eats, washes, senses danger, rests, and cares for its young. Also describes wild and domestic rabbits around the world.
This book is an informational book which is attractive to students even adults. Winter is time for animals to play, hunt and hibernate. Those full-color photos and lively text reveal how birds and mammals live through the icy months. The contentment is fantastic and it is appropriate to elementary schools students to learn some animals how to live in winter.
