Barbara J. Finlayson-Pitts

Barbara J. Finlayson-Pitts is Professor of Chemistry at the University of California, Irvine. She received her undergraduate B.Sc. (Hons) in 1970 from Trent University in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Finlayson-Pitts is a member of a number of professional societies. Pitts, Jr., is a Research Chemist at the University of California, Irvine, and Professor Emeritus from the University of California, Riverside. He received his B.S. (1945) and Ph.D. (1949) from the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Pitts is a member of a number of professional societies. He is an elected Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
