I love this book solely because of the gorgeous pictures of bread. I think I've only made one recipe in it...Parker House Rolls, which I overcooked, but still looked beautiful.

Love this book. All the recipes are vegetarian and really easy to reproduce. Fab photos and details about ingredients.

Ultimate Bread par Eric Treuille

This is a fantastic book for those wanting to learn more about baking bread. The pictures and the layout are very pleasing and tempt the senses.
