So many axe murders! Definitely of local interest; wished there was more detail about all of the cases discussed.

I liked this book. As the book progressed it got better, however i found all the characters in it really unlikeable. Except maybe one or two.At some point i found parts of it a bit repetitive, but all in all it wasn't bad.

This was a decent book. I could not decide whether to like or dislike the main character throughout the whole book which took away from some of the story in my opinion. The story itself was good with lots of descriptions of peoples and scenes that were well developed. won this in LT giveaway.

Very atmospheric and descriptive with good character development. But I really wanted to slap Caroline and give her husband a swirlie. See the publisher's blurb for hints and historical data.
