A gem! Easy going style the clearly covers the pros and cons of various approaches to simple investment asset allocation. The author is NOT grinding his own investment approach axe (now that is a novel concept for this genre!).

Another simple finance book to read--quite humorous and straight-forward. In fact, it was so straight-forward that the "lazy portfolio" formula was written within the first few pages. The rest of the book just goes into other alternative strategies, as produced by other lazy people. Loved how the author finished
the book on a chapter of "positive mental attitude" and provided a reading list of other interesting finance books. It's quick read, done in half or full day.

Humorous and well written, this book manages to make personal finance fun! Always tongue-in-cheek, it provides a really strong case for an all-index-fund portfolio by providing a lot of data, news and anecdotes about how index funds will outperform individual stock trading or load-fund portfolios. A must read for anyone who invests or enjoys managing their personal finances.
