A straightforward, simple guide to productivity that's easy to dip in and out of. If you're just getting into the field of productivity guides, then it might well be a very helpful starting point - especially because it comes from a series which has a solid reputation of offering valuable, well-written advice. It's also aimed more at UK readers than our American cousins, which is a welcome change (from this side of the pond) and makes it that bit easier to relate to. The reason I haven't given it a higher rating, despite its usefulness as a reference tool, is because I've come to this having already read some of the classic productivity books, and I don't really feel that this adds a huge amount to - for example - David Allen's "Getting Things Done", which bestrides the productivity world like a colossus. If you already have "Getting Things Done", I wouldn't say that this volume adds a huge amount more. If you don't have it, however, this could well be a helpful introduction to many of Allen's concepts in another form.… (plus d'informations)
