Troels Engberg-Pedersen is educated in classics and philosophy and has spent his life as a professor of New Testament at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. He has written monographs on Aristotle's ethics, Stoic ethics, Stoicism and Paul, and Stoicism and the Gospel of John, but a main focus has afficher plus been Paul. He is currently working on a book on Paul's Second Letter to the Corinthians. Engberg-Pedersen studies ancient material with an eye to its modern relevance. He is an elected member of the Royal Danish Academy of Science and the Norwegian Academy of Science. afficher moins
