This little book!! Ahh, I can’t handle the cute and the good feeling it left me with. Jonty Bloom is one of my all time favorite book characters. I adore Devan too and how much he loves Jonty. My heart!!

Jonty is LIFE
Okay... I adore Jonty Bloom. He is officially one of my favorite book characters ever, even more so after reading the little Christmas book after this one. The way Jonty and Devan complement each other is some incredible writing. I did feel like sometimes the topic jumped around outside of Jonty speaking, whether it was told from his or Devan’s perspectives, but an easy thing to overlook when the story was this good. I can’t wait to dive in to more from this author!… (plus d'informations)

Oh god, as Devan would say. This story! I thought I loved Jonty’s book, but this one was even better, and I’m saying that as a lover of romcoms while this one had exceedingly less humor in it than Jonty’s book. I see why, though—the mood was somber and too much humor would’ve ruined that effect. Still an incredible story, my HEART!! Would love to get some sequels!

I haven't had much luck with this author, but I tried her again, and I'm glad that I did. It didn't feel like it, but there was a lot of world building, so when things happened close to the end, I was completely prepared for it.
