A Passion for Coffee par Hattie Ellis
This is a lovely little gift style or little coffee table book. Lovely photography for the coffee enthusiast. The information gleaned is of very basic introductory to a coffee novice. However, it was a sweet little interlude for this rather jaded coffee drinker. I'm thinking I must now go brew a cup of spiced orange espresso, but alas, I am out of green cardamom pods.
If you want something complete;y different, try this travelogue through the centuries and the continents following man's obsession with honey and bees. The author, an American who mostly writes about food, has travelled the globe to find interesting and mysterious facts and stories about beekeepers and bees.
