Anne Egan is the managing editor of Rodale and Prevention cookbooks. She is an accomplished cookbook editor, author, and member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals. Egan is the former food editor for First for Women magazine. She has spent the past 15 years developing more afficher plus than 2,000 recipes for publications such as Good Housekeeping, Working Mother, and Woman's World magazines as well as for cookbooks and brochures for the Lipton Company and International Home Foods.
