I read several books about anxiety and sleep during a bout of anxiety-fueled insomnia. This one had a few good tips: getting early morning light, taking a hot bath before bed, some daytime tips for finding a little rest when you can't actually nap etc. But for the most part, you're going to find a lot of the same tips here that you find doing a simple Google search for tips to get better sleep.

The radio interview (on "Nurse Talk") with this book's author was outstanding. Dr. Matthew Edlund writes many such books, often published as eBooks.
