Delivers the 1-2 knockout punch to Neotraditionalist Salafi (NTS) thinking. Once you read about what these guys actually think, their methodology and what they choose to ignore, you realize that the only way something this idiotic could survive is through the application and support of vast amounts of petrodollars.

Also offers a much needed definition of progressive Muslim methodology. The biggest criticism I have heard of progressive Muslims is "They have no method." Well, they DO have a method, so stop dismissing them!!

Writing is extremely academic with lots of jargon words. This book is not easy to get through- even the print was too small. Hopefully Dr. Duderija will write a 'lay-man's version soon.

This book is listed on Amazon for $95, although I was able to get my used copy for $10. There were a lot of typos in it, not sure if that is because there are actual typos in the final version or I got some weird under-proofread bootleg copy.
