Mo and Jo are two young children stuck inside on a rainy day. As a result, they come up with the idea to never be bored again, once they are "Big". They dream up every possibility they could and are very informative about each one. These options include being a scientist, race car driver, hair dresser, and pop star.

I really enjoyed this picture book because it reminds me of all the jobs I dreamed of doing when I was younger. It is also engages the reader with the words, as well as, the pictures.

1.) In the classroom, this book would be great to encourage the children to pick 1 or 2 careers they are interested in and follow it up with researching them because in the book Mo and Jo really knew a lot about each profession.
2.) I would also have a professional day, so the children can be exposed to other careers they might not know about.

Summary:
Mo and Joe were kids who was stuck inside all day because it was raining outside. They decide to imagine what they could be when they grow up. They imagine different careers that they would like to be and it ranges anywhere from a chef, to a scientist.

Personal Reaction:
I really liked this book because I was once a Mo and Joe. I use to imagine what I wanted to be when I was younger. I also really liked how detailed the illustrations were in this book. It really showed the picture in detail to help picture it when it is being read.

Classroom Extension:
1. In the classroom, the teacher could have their students have a career day. They could dress us to what they wanted to be when they become older.
2. In the classroom, the teacher could have their students create their own "book" and write about different careers that they were considering.

this book is about a brother and sister that are little and want to go outside and play but they cant because its raining so instead they sit in their room and think of all the things they will be when they get older such as an astronaut, car racer, and scientist.

I always remember as akuid the days it would rain and i couldnt do anything i would sit in my room with my brothers and sisters and we would play house or put on a show for each other as a kid its good to have an imagination.

As a class the kids could talk about the things they would like to do when they get older or the things they do when it rains or they cant go outside because of the weather.… (plus d'informations)

Summary:
This book is about two kids named Mo and Joe who are stuck inside all day because it is raining. They have nothing else to do so they decide to imagine all the things they could be when they grow up.

Personal Reaction:
I really enjoyed the illustrations. They were very detailed to describe what each of them would look like in the future as a scientist, explorer, pop star, etc. This is a great book to show children that they can be anything they set their mind to.

Classroom Extension Ideas:
1. This book would be a great read for a career day.
2. Students could then draw a picture of what they want to be when they grow up.
