This is a non-fiction book about arctic migration. This is a picture book with texts, but most of the texts are separated from illustrations, such as framed in a separate area on the page. The way texts are framed are the same while talking about arctic area; while in other places, texts are inserted in the middle. The content of texts correspond to pictures, but there is still a lot of spaces for readers to explore and imagine.



The author tells the story of the great migration of various animals start moving to arctic area in the beginning of spring. The author starts from arctic winter with polar bears and fox, followed with animals from all over the world migrating towards north. The author also shows what these animals may experience during migration, such as some birds will be bullied by bigger birds when fishing.
