This 171 page darling was a pleasure to review. I think the topic of forgiveness is such an important one because i have seen it's power to change the lives of so many, and that's why I was elated when given the chance to learn a deeper and clearer way to get right inside and release those old resentments and the pain that has kept me weighed down and depressed for so long.

One of many things I found fascinating about this timely read was that according to the author when someone practices forgiveness many times the person they forgave may actually contact them right out of the blue. I loved the personal stories and the program its self is easy to follow and as I was saying some of the affirmations I could feel the energy shifting already. I would recommend this fabulous helper to anyone at any stage of their development and it has quickly been added to my spiritual tool box. Thanks Connie, I so get it and so will millions. What a breath of fresh air.
