Linguistically dense and verging on unreadable, this book has become one of the most influential books on instructional design. The authors seem more interested in impressing their academic peers than conveying useful information. This book is not for the faint of heart, but it is worth the effort of translating into English if you’re up to the task. Most will find Smith and Ragan’s Instructional Design much more understandable.
