Short little erotic read. Nothing much to the story just a woman in love with three guys containing scenes with each of them. No plot or characterization to speak of, really just a brief episode.
So I originally chose this book because I need a book with an office setting. Which it qualified for, but to be honest the description did not really appeal to me, but I decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised. While it did take a couple of chapters to get into, it turned out to be a fun read. The book's particular featured kink isn't really my thing, but the sexy times were interesting to read. Chance Seduction is heartbreaking, seductive and irresistible all at once. Ms. Dee continues to surprise me with a versatility that I initially found to be lacking. She proves herself to be a powerhouse in matters of the heart while never losing that sensuality that I've come to expect from her. The seriousness of the story is balanced out by some much needed humor that lightens the heart and ceases to detract from the subject at hand. Impressive.
One of my biggest problems with Jess Dee has been she delivers on the seduction, but lacks with the substance. She came back swinging and proved me wrong with Red, Red Wine. Her signature sex appeal was evident but this time she brought a deeper meaning to the tale. Like a fine wine that is slowly aged for a more flavorful delivery, Ms. Dee tackled the hidden layers of Tori and Andrew. That breathing room made for a temptingly sensitive romance that just got better with time.
