Ten in a Bed: A Pop-Up Counting Book par Gill Davies
A fairly safe and generic adaptation of the traditional nursery song has a mouse instigating the "Roll over, roll over!" that causes the bedmates to fall out one by one.

The paper engineering of the pop-ups is decent, but I don't like the way the background illustrations keep changing to reflect different dreams of the animals being ejected.
