Iron Maiden: The Ultimate Unauthorized History of… par Neil Daniels

An easy-to-read and not overly detailed history of the band from the beginnings in 1975 up until 2011 (The Final Frontier).

The story of the band is interspersed with reviews of the albums they released along the way.

The book is very visual with some wonderful photographs and images, adding to its readability.

Anyone that has heard of Iron Maiden would enjoy this insight into one of the most successful bands ever. Hard-core fans might be a little disappointed as the book is not overly detailed.… (plus d'informations)

Defenders of the Faith: The Story of Judas Priest par Neil Daniels

a well written chronology of one of the enigmatic and misunderstood groups of modern music.
as a jp fan, loved the breakdown of each album and its come about, but the photos are great.
