I am loving bilingual English Spanish books and this one was very sweet family books. The illustrations are bright, the family is loving, the activities are great Spanish learning words.

Quinito guides the readers through his neighborhood explaining what jobs his neighbor's and family members have. Most of the jobs challenge gender stereotypes.

little boy talks about the different people and animals in his family. he also talks about the fun things that he likes to do with them.

I did not like this book at all except for the fact that it is bilingual and written in English and Spanish. I did not like that the book had no plot or story line. The book followed a boy as he walked around his neighborhood and described the building ans people who worked and lived there. The book was overall boring and definitely not fun to read.
