Each recipe starts with a title and summary of the dish. medium size color photo, prep and cook times.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Some contain a LOT of ingredients, be sure to have them all first.
Love that they are using no salt added products, but fresh would even be better.
Directions are given and lots of nutritional information: calories, protein, carbs, dietary fiber, sugars, fat, sat fat, vitamins, sodium , etc.
