Dog Artlist Collection

The illustrations are great, but as a read aloud for kids who aren't dog-friendly, the book is a bust.

I really thought that this was a good introductory book for young children. It would be a good choice to read right before getting a dog perhaps. I loved that there are so many different pictures to look at and different dogs. I also liked the simplicity because it gives the reader a real flexibility to create stories and interact with the listener more.
