Great for beginning the Paleo diet. Simply explained, short, to the point, with recipes, lists of foods to eat and to avoid, and discussion of health benefits.
Good, but too basic and incomplete. Could have given so much more information and encouragement.

I would have given it 5 stars if it provided some of the nutritional info I needed, such as carbs count and sugar amounts. I would have also liked to see a more interactive recipe search. I just highlight the ones I choose during my weekly meal planning. That has been working for me and may be an idea for anyone looking for a way to easily find the recipe.… (plus d'informations)
