Great book that really made me appreciate how food relates to all kinds of issues: copyright law, rural/urban health disparities, archive/knowledge preservation, etc.

The information on food aid and food miles was especially new to me.

I very much appreciate the list of references at the end of each chapter.

I found the placement of the information boxes kind of distracting, although I did find many of them to be very interesting.
